In response to the pandemic, the Cambridge Community Foundation created the COVID-19 Emergency Fund to address urgent needs in our community. Rosie’s Place
Rosie’s Place was founded in 1974 as the first women’s shelter in the United States. Today, Rosie’s Place not only provides meals and shelter but also creates answers for 12,000 women a year through wide-ranging support, housing, and education services. Because they do not accept any city, state, or federal funding, Rosie’s place relies on friends like you to help them support the women who need them now more than ever.
